the Wednesday Letters

My friend borrowed this book to me! I loved it! It was  a little slow at the start the story line kept me interested and I loved the tenderness found in this novel. I hope you all take the chance to enjoy this like I did!

The Help

Loved this book, kind of long but the story is so amazing.

Based back in the 1960's its about the african american women in jackson city, missiouri! How they were maids to white familes and raised there children but we treated so poorly. I love how she uses more than on main character in the book. I got to listen to this one on my mp3 player which was so cool because they had different people read the voices for the different characters. Anyways, this is truly a great book about the culture and atmosphere of what happened in the south. It's a must read!
